Change and environmental trends are enormously influencing the globe. Businesses, societies, people all attempting to do their part safeguard environment. This study examines impact of supportive leadership on organizational citizenship behavior for environment (OCBE) mediating effect psychological empowerment affective commitment. The survey method was utilized. Data were gathered from 362 employees banking pharmaceutical sectors present research. research employed AMOS-SEM analyze data test formulated hypotheses. empirical results established that significantly influences workers’ OCBE. further corroborate commitment mediate between These findings have vital implications managers enterprises seek increase sustainability highlights significant role in stimulating commitment, which turn affect broadens our understanding style its influence theoretical managerial future prospects highlighted.
